29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) On or about June 17, 2025, at a jobsite located at 662 East Bluff Circle, Waterford, WI 53185, employees conducting roofing activities (paper and shingle installation) on a 6:12 pitch  new construction residential roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard  of approximately 10 feet, 8 inches at the eave, and approximately 23 feet from the gabled ridge of the structure.
