The employees were working from the roof of an 3 story building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 1630 Brown St. Philadelphia, PA - On or about 6/17/25, the employer did not ensure that employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while performing roofing operations were sufficiently trained in the recognizance and avoidance of such hazards.
