McQuillen Chevrolet GMC, Inc.1st garage by north door  -  On or about  6/18/25, and at times prior thereto, an ABC fire extinguisher was sitting on the floor by a garage door instead of being mounted.  b.) McQuillen Chevrolet GMC, Inc. , 1st garage by ramp to office -  On or about 6/18/25, and at times prior thereto, an ABC fire extinguisher was blocked by boxes stored in front of it.
