29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall.   a) Jobsite: On or about June 20, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while ascending a ladder while carrying roofing materials in one hand, which did not allow him to maintain three points of contact on the ladder at all times causing an imbalance condition.
