Combustible waste material and residues in a building or operating area shall be kept to a minimum, stored in closed metal waste cans, and disposed of daily.  a) On or about June 24, 2025, at the operations area: employees were exposed to fire hazards in that a plastic container filled with Nitric Acid was improperly stored.
