29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about June 24, 2025, on the roof of a single-family porch roof, employees were engaged in roofing work activities at heights greater than six (6) feet without the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to serious bodily harm from a fall and impact onto the lower surface below.    The Eric Luna dba Luna Brothers was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1742753, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 112 NE 12th St. Moore, Oklahoma 73160.
