Throughout the facility: On or about June 25, 2025, flexible electrical cords were wrapped around pillars and tied one to another while connected to a live electrical outlet. Relocatable power taps (power strips) were series-connected (daisy-chained) to extension cords or other power strips. These conditions potentially exposed employees to electrical and fire hazards.
