29 CFR  1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points:  a) 440 Elizabeth Ave, Newark, NJ 07112  The employer did not provide protection from damage to an extension cord that passed under a door. The employees used the extension cord to power tools used for fixing the elevator in the residential building under construction.  Violation observed on 05-28-2025
