29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a) On the roof of the building - On or about June 26, 2025, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard, in that, employees did not use eye protective equipment while using pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a)	On the roof of the building - On or about June 26, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that, employees did not use fall protection while installing sheathing on a residential home with a 10' fall to ground distance.
