(a) Residential Roof: On June 26, 2025, employees were performing roofing work on a residential roof with an approximate 4/12 pitch, at heights of up to approximately 19ft. 6in. above grade, without the use of a fall protection system, exposing employees to fall hazards.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
