29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a) At a new commercial construction site located at 6477 McEver Road, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, on or about June 26, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet to the lower level, in that an employee was performing work from a scaffold platform that was less than 18 inches in width.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a) New commercial construction located on 6477 McEver Road, Flowery Branch, GA 30542: On or about 06/26/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 17-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee engaged in masonry activities working from a tubular welded scaffold system.
