29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Roof at from of house:  On June 24, 2025 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the 6:12 roof eave to the ground below, in that the employer did not ensure employees were wearing provided personal fall protection while installing roof sheeting.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) Access at front of house, employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 10 feet form eave to ground in that ladders did not extend at least three feet above the landing surface to allow for safe transition while accessing the roof.
