29 CFR  1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact came closer than 10 ft. (305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line:  a) On or about June 4, 2025, at 4 Beachway North, Boynton Beach FL 33435, an employee was exposed to an electrical shock hazard and was electrocuted after contacting a 7.62-kV energized overhead power line with a palm frond while using a metal hand trimming saw where the fronds were positioned 8 feet from the power line.
