29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(viii):An aerial lift truck was moved when the boom was elevated in a working position with men in the basket:  Location: a) Worksite; On the roadway at Avenue C & W 27th St.  a) On or about 7/1/2025, an employee was in the basket, which was elevated in a working position at approximately 15 feet high, while the aerial lift truck was moving on the roadway. The employee was installing brackets, and other devices, on each telecommunications/utility pole in preparation for the installation of strand/fiber cables overhead on the communication lines.
