29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:     (a) On the roof of the site, located at 545 Flamingo Dr, Apollo Beach, FL, 33572, on or about 7/1/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that employees were using Bostitch pheumatic nail guns to attach roofing shingles without utilizing any eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) On the roof of the site, located at 545 Flamingo Dr, Apollo Beach, FL, 33572, on or about 7/1/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were installing shingles on an approximately 9 foot tall, 5/12 pitch roof without any form of fall protection.
