29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, and the employer could not demonstrate that a wider space was necessary: a) Commercial structure at 2579 West Lawrenceville Street, Duluth, GA 30096: On or about 05/09/2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while performing demolition activities from a tubular welded scaffold system that was not fully planked.
