29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) East Cobb Walk; Lot 13: On or about July 2, 2025, and at times prior, the employer, exposed employees to a fall hazard in that effective fall protection was not provided while employees were working on a 3:12 pitch roof at heights greater than 22 feet to ground level while performing siding installation.
