29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) On or about 07/02/2025, in the Mill Area, the wet felt section of the Paper Machine had rolls that were not guarded, exposing employees to ingoing nip points between the roll and the belt. An employee was injured when he reached into the machine next to a moving roll.  b) On or about 07/07/2025, in the Mill Area, employees have to enter the wet broke area of the Paper Machine to remove paper that falls from the belt or to cross to the other side of the machine while the machine is running. Employees are exposed to a moving belt that is about 5 feet in height.   c) On or about 07/07/2025, in the Mill Area, the Rewinder (CAMERON Model No. 901 A) has unguarded belts and chains on its inner sides, exposing employees to caught-by and nip point hazards.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
