29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun.  a) Pool house located at 6802 Nipton Crossing, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, Roof:  On or about 07/09/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic roofing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) Pool house located at 6802 Nipton Crossing, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, Roof: On or about 07/09/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not used while installing shingles on a 8/12 pitched roof.
