1926.20(b)(2)   Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  (a) 908 Mount Rock Road, Chambersburg, PA; on the Kalmbach Feeds, Inc. warehouse roof - On or about July 9, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of no less than 16 feet above the lower level retrieving sheeting from the ground.   Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR  1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761:   (a) 908 Mount Rock Road, Shippensburg, PA; on the Kalmbach Feeds, Inc. warehouse roof - On or about July 9, 2025, employees had not received fall protection training prior to working on a warehouse roof which was no less than 16 feet above the lower level.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
