29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)   a)  On or about July 8, 2025, HS Construction LLC as controlling employer, did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from jobsite hazards including but not limited to fall hazards in excess of 6 ft while performing framing activities without fall protection.  The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).
