29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 9549 Corte Road, Daphne South Elementary, Daphne, Alabama: On July 10, 2025; the employer allowed his his employees to perform roofing activities without using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet 8 inches to the ground below.
