29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket, or were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:  a)  421 West Main St Bozeman MT:  On or about July 10, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35 feet to the concrete ground below while utilizing the railing of a Haulotte HT85 RTj0 Aerial Lift to climb over the basket to enter a window of the building.

29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a)  421 West Main St Bozeman, MT:  On or about July 10, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 35 feet to the concrete ground below while operating a Haulotte HT85 RTj0 Aerial Lift to conduct siding activities.
