29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition:  (a) In the Receiving Aisle of the Warehouse, located at 719 Industrial Drive, Wildwood, FL 34785, on or about 7/10/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck by and trip hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the walking-working surface of the Receiving Aisle was inspected and maintained in a safe condition, as an approximately 80 in long, 1.5 in deep pothole was present in the concrete floor of the aisle.
