29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  (a) In a tree on the bank of the Alafia River at the residence located at 9316 Old Gibsonton Dr. Gibsonton FL: On or about 07/10/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that fall protection was not used while tree trimming approximately 15-20 feet in height.

And/or the employer did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017.  (a) In a tree on the bank of the Alafia River at the residence located at 9316 Old Gibsonton Dr. Gibsonton FL: On or about 07/10/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that training was not provided on how to recognize and avoid fall hazards.
