29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about July 10, 2025, at worksite, 100 Roberts Street, Binghamton, NY 13901: While working on a low-slope roof, the employer was not protected by use of personal fall arrest systems, guardrail systems, or safety net systems, and was exposed to a 24 foot fall hazard.
