OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to carbon monoxide.  a) Bkon LLC, 858 North Lenola Road Moorestown, NJ 08057(Production Floor): On or about 9/11/2025, employees were exposed to carbon monoxide levels exceeding the 200ppm ceiling concentration as set by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and at least one employee was exposed to a concentration of 1730ppm, which exceeds the immediately dangerous to life or health level of 1200ppm set by NISOH.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
