29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Muhlenberg College, 2346-2508 W Chew St, Allentown, PA 18104: Seegers Union, on or about June 26, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet to the ground while stripping concrete formwork atop of the "cured" concrete without any fall protection utilized.
