29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) New subdivision pool house located at 704 Mesquite Lane, Gainesville, GA 30504, Roof: On or about 06/30/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 6-inches to the lower ground below, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided or used while engaged in framing activities working from the 6/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    a) New subdivision pool house located at 704 Mesquite Lane, Gainesville, GA 30504, Roof: On or about 06/30/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 6-inches to the lower ground below, in that the ladder utilized to gain access to the upper working area did not have the rails extending at least three feet above the landing area.
