29 CFR  1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized personnel were permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks or a safe place to ride was not provided where riding of trucks was authorized:  a- John Vanzandt Drive, Bethal Way, Cora Bergen Boulevard, Jacob Francis Way, Titusville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall, struck by, and caught in hazards when riding through a development in a Bobcat S650 bucket.  Condition observed on or about 07/16/25.
