On or about May 13, 2025, the employer did not ensure that eye protective equipment was used when employees were exposed to eye injury while using pneumatic nail guns to install shingles and roofing materials

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)  Location: 280 Atlantic Avenue Hull, MA.   On May 13, 2025 , Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a roof approximately 25 feet off the ground without any fall protection measures in place.
