29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  (a) Manager/Commercial Office next to Shelves Containing the Sound System - Two relocatable power taps (a.k.a., power strips or surge protectors) powered electronic equipment.  The employer had both relocatable power taps plugged into a three-way current tap rather than directly into a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle outlet and had one of the relocatable power taps zip tied to a cable raceway, on or about July 22, 2025.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
