On 7/22/2025 at workplace located at 14915 US-27 Lake Wales, FL 33859: The employer failed to ensure that the workplace was kept in a clean an sanitary condition in that there were piles of sawdust approximately 6 inches high around the Grizzly Industrial, Inc. 24" Resaw Bandsaw Model: G3620 and approximately 1-3 inches high around the Metabo HPT circular saw exposing employees to fire hazards.
