29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the roof of a residence, located at 5287 Wolf Creek, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572: On or about 7/22/25, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees while performing framing activities with air powered nail guns.
