OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  On or about July 18, 2025, employees performing instrumentation troubleshooting were exposed to a thermal burn hazard following the release of superheated dextrose. This was most recently documented at the Lactic Acid Building 300 of Cargill, Inc., located at 650 Industrial Park Drive, Blair, Nebraska. When C&W Facility Services, Inc., employees were working on valves controlling the flow of approximately 248-degree Fahrenheit aqueous dextrose into the Dextrose Sterilizer Reclaimer E-112.
