29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i):  Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section.   a)  The Fox Group, 1100 Schwab Road, Hatfield, PA 19440:  On or about July 23, 2025 hazardous energy control was not utilized when opening the doors of the Hongming Rigid Box machine. A known software issue prevented the interlock door system from functioning properly.

29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i): The establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and the establishment was classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, and the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the specified date:  a)  The Fox Group, 1100 Schwab Road, Hatfield, PA 19440:  On or about July 23, 2025, the employer did not electronically submit their OSHA Form 300A  Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA for calendar year 2024 by the March 2, 2025 deadline.  There were 75 employees during the calendar year 2024 according to their OSHA 300A Form.
