29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1):  The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:  a) 1713 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011 - Employees were exposed to uncontrolled hazardous energy while performing machine set-up activities on Hobart, Model M 802, Ser. No. 11-280-130, Vertical Mixer, on or about July 25, 2025.  b) 1713 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011 - Employees were exposed to uncontrolled hazardous energy while performing machine set-up activities on a Hobart, Model V 1401, Ser. No. 11-410-137, Vertical Mixer, on or about July 25, 2025.  c) 1713 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011 - Employees were exposed to uncontrolled hazardous energy while performing machine set-up activities on a Hobart, Vertical Mixer, with the "NJ Restaurant Equipment Corp.," sticker, no data plate was available for this machine, on or about July 25, 2025.  d) 1713 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011 - Employees were exposed to uncontrolled hazardous energy while performing machine set-up activities on a Hobart, Model M 802, Ser. No. 11-280-130, Vertical Mixer, on or about July 25, 2025.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
