29 CFR  1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  a.) At the worksite, located at 1218 Seventh Ave E Bradenton, Fl 34208; On or about 7/25/25, the employer exposed employees to trip and fall hazards, in that, site housekeeping was not provided for workers which allowed for the build up of debris and material at the lower landing of a portable ladder used to access the commercial structure.

At the worksite, located at 1218 Seventh Ave E Bradenton, Fl 34208; On or about 7/25/25, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that, eye protection was not provided for workers who were using circular saws and pneumatic nail guns while conducting framing and sheathing operations on a new commercial building.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a.) At the worksite, located at 1218 Seventh Ave E Bradenton, Fl 34208; On or about 7/25/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 21 ft , in that, fall protection was not provided for workers while conducting framing and sheathing operations on a new commercial building.
