29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) New residential construction located on Lot 17 at 3552 Burkston Place,  Buford, GA 30519: On or about 07/28/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a) New residential construction located on Lot 17 at 3552 Burkston Place, Buford, GA 30519, Top plate:  On or about 07/28/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10-feet, 3-inches to the lower level, in that the ladder provided did not extend at least 3-feet past the landing to allow for safe access while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used:  a) New residential construction located on Lot 17 at 3552 Burkston Place, Buford, GA 30519, top plate: On or about 07/28/2025, the employer had not provided required training to employees performing framing work regarding the proper use of fall protection systems.
