Lotito Foods Inc./200 Carter Drive, Edison, NJ 08817/Folios room/ The Autoprod Inc. cup machine, serial # AP1296 was not controlled or unplugged when the employee attempted to clean/unjam the machine when the cup of basil with olive oil mixture got jammed and spilled onto the conveyor. This condition exposed employees to arm crushing hazards.   Condition noted on or about 07/29/2025.
