29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:   4259 Zuni Street, Denver CO: On or about July 18, 2025, the employer failed to ensure each employee was utilizing fall protection while conducting framing activities on a three story  new construction build. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the top of the roof to ground level.
