At the worksite, located at 733 Kensington Lake Cir Brandon, FL 33511; On or about 7/29/25, the employer exposed employees to struck  by hazards, in that eye protection was not used and provided for employees while conducting roofing operations with the pneumatic nail guns.

At the worksite, located at 733 Kensington Lake Cir Brandon, FL 33511; On or about 7/29/25, the employer exposed employees to the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 16ft, in that, an extension ladder did not extend 3 ft past the landing surface for employees conducting roofing operations on a residential building.
