29 CFR  1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  Location: a) Worksite located at 49 Ventura Dr, East Hanover, NJ; side yard and on scaffolds  a) On or about 7/30/2025, employees performing residential construction work such as siding installation, approximately 14 feet from the top of the pumpjack scaffold to the ground below, were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of rigid triangular bracing or equivalent for the  bottom of the pumpjack scaffold poles.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  Location: a) Worksite located at 49 Ventura Dr, East Hanover, NJ; side yard  a) On or about 7/30/2025, employees performing residential construction work such as siding installation, approximately 14 feet from the top of the door awning to the ground below, were exposed to fall hazards without any means of fall protection.
