OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to struck-by and crushed by hazards during manual tree felling:  Location: 203 Blue Mill Road, Morristown, NJ 07960.  a) On or about 7/30/2025, employees engaged in manually felling a tree, approximately 72 feet in height, were exposed to being struck by the uncontrolled falling tree and tree branches.
