29 CFR  1904.29(b)(3):Each recordable injury or illness was not entered on the OSHA 300 Log and/or an incident report (OSHA Form 301or equivalent) within seven (7) calendar days  of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred:  a) On or about July 29, 2025, approximately 3:00 pm employer reported the hospitalization of injured employee working at 1425 P Street, Northwest, Washington, DC 20005.  The employer did not record the injury on OSHA 300 and OSHA 301 log within 7-days of known hospitalization.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
