29 CFR 1926.300(d)(3):Other hand-held powered tools, such as circular saws, chain saws, and percussion tools without positive accessory holding means, were not equipped with a constant pressure switch that would shut off the power when the pressure was on. On or about July 6, 2025, at the jobsite, an employee used an electrical circular saw without a constant pressure safety switch.
