29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met:  a) Home2 Suites By Hilton located at or near 1200 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 - On or about August 7, 2025, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals during cleaning activities in the pantry area of the establishment. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to the following:  -Sodium hydroxide, monoethanolamine, and secondary alkanesulphonates, as contained in ECOLAB No-Rinse Alkaline Floor Cleaner. -1-methoxy-2-propanol, monoethanolamine, potassium hydroxide, and sodium etasulfate, as contained in ECOLAB Pinnacle Intensive Tile Cleaner. -Sodium hydroxide and sodium bisulfite, as contained in ECOLAB Trupower Dishmachine Detergent All Purpose. -etc.

The establishment employed 55 employees and is classified as an industry listed in Appendix A to Subpart E of the standard (NAICS: 721110) during calendar year 2024.
