29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: New townhome construction located on Lot #78 2085 Pecan Dr. Douglasville Ga., Front side of the structure: On or about July, 30, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 14-feet, 6-inches to the lower level, in that fall protection was not enforced while employees were working from a pump jack scaffold to install siding .
