29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)	On or about August 6, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from fall hazards in that an employee was working at the roof of a 3-story apartment building, with a pitch of 6-in12, to install siding around chimneys.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the asphalt parking lot below.
