29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a)  At 5353 Hidden Pines Circle, Lot 21A Hidden Pines, Milton, Florida:  On August 5, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to operate a skill saw on site with the guard wedged up leaving the blade exposed and exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.
